Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account at: https://shopify.com/106999677269/account
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of that notification.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We will refund the standard delivery cost of your original order. If you chose a premium or express delivery option, only the cost of our standard delivery will be refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
